※As this is a quiet residential area, eating, drinking and conversation outdoors (in the garden) are prohibited after 9pm. Fireworks and bonfires are also prohibited.
※This cottage is entirely non-smoking, both indoors and outdoors, including surrounding roads.

※Winter precautions (November to April)
Temperatures drop significantly in Karuizawa during winter, with the risk of icy roads and sudden snowfall.
If travelling by car, please ensure you have snow tyres fitted or bring snow chains with you.
