Membership Service Terms of Use

These Membership Service Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) that are available through an ID obtained by completing membership registration, among the services provided by the Company.

Article 1 (Agreement to the Terms)

Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

If the user is a minor, the user must obtain the consent of a legal guardian, including consent to these Terms, before using the Service.
If a user who was a minor at the time of agreeing to these Terms continues to use the Service after reaching the age of majority, such continued use shall be deemed to constitute ratification of all acts performed while the user was a minor.

By using the Service, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms, and these Terms shall apply from the time of such use.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version of these Terms and any translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Article 2 (Account Management)

Users shall manage their account information, including ID and password, at their own responsibility.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from insufficient management, misuse, or use by a third party, regardless of whether such use was authorized by the user.

Article 3 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company shall appropriately handle users’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, images, videos, programs, and other data, belong to the Company or legitimate third parties.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly transmit, or otherwise use such content beyond the scope of personal private use without prior permission from the Company or the respective rights holder.

The Company does not warrant that the content provided through the Service does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Article 5 (User Responsibility)

Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility and expense.

If the Company suffers any damage due to a user’s violation of these Terms or use of the Service, the user shall compensate the Company for such damage.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

1. Acts that violate laws or regulations, or that may lead to such violations

2. Acts that infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of the Company or third parties

3. Acts of defamation, slander, or discrimination

4. Acts for commercial purposes without authorization

5. Unauthorized access to the Service or interference with the operation of the Service

6. Acts that impose excessive load on the Service

7. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of the Service or its content.

Except as required by applicable laws, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Article 8 (Modification or Suspension of the Service)

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Article 9 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

Users represent and warrant that they are not members of anti-social forces and have no relationship with such forces.

Users shall not engage in any acts that involve anti-social forces, including cooperation, support, or involvement in activities related thereto.

Article 10 (Amendment of the Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms at any time if deemed necessary.

If the user continues to use the Service after such amendment, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 11 (Severability)

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 12 (Assignment)

Users may not assign, transfer, or provide as security any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent of the Company.

The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a business transfer or otherwise.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
