Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is from 15:00 onwards, and check-out is by 11:00.
※ Please note that additional charges apply for early check-in or late check-out requests.
As these depend on prior and subsequent booking availability, please contact us directly by telephone or message to discuss either option.

Q. Please tell me how to check in.

A.Depending on your villa, we will arrange either a staff-assisted check-in (between 15:00 and 17:00) or a self-check-in.
Guests wishing to have a staff-assisted check-in (or who have specified this) must arrive at the cottage by 17:00 at the latest.
For Courthouse 950, we operate a self-check-in system.
Please refer to the information email sent by us after your booking for details regarding the check-in method at your villa.

Q. Are pets permitted?

A. This varies by villa. Please refer to the details for each villa for further information.

Q. Is smoking permitted indoors?

A. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building and all guest rooms.
Furthermore, to preserve the surrounding environment, smoking is also strictly prohibited on the grounds and roads around the cottages.

Booking and Payment

Q. Is there a charge for children’s accommodation?

A. Children under 2 years of age (infants) may stay free of charge as they are accommodated in the same bed as their parents.
Should bedding be required, the standard rate will apply.
Regulations vary by booking site; we apologise for any inconvenience but kindly request you confirm details on each respective site.

Q. Please tell me the payment methods.

A. For reservations made via the official website, advance payment by credit card is available.

Q. Is there a cancellation fee?

A. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

5 to 3 days prior: 20% of the accommodation charge
2 to 1 day prior: 50% of the accommodation charge
On the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the accommodation charge

Q. Can I make a booking on the day?

A. We do not generally accept bookings, but accommodation may be available depending on circumstances.

Q. How do I make a reservation?

A. Reservations can be made via our official website, various booking sites, or by telephone (0267-41-0013 / Reception hours: 9:00–18:00).
When calling, please have the villa name, reservation date, number of guests, and other details ready to ensure a smooth process.

Regarding the facilities

Q. Could you tell me about the amenities?

A. The following items are provided.
These are provided for the number of guests staying (excluding infants sharing a bed).
・Toothbrush
・Slippers
・Face towel (in a bag)
・Bath towel
Additionally, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are permanently provided in the bathroom.

Q. Is there a washer-dryer?

A. Please refer to the facilities information for each villa.
Washing and drying are generally possible. (Detergent and fabric softener provided)

Q. Are condiments available?

A. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not provide condiments for use by the general public.
We kindly ask that you bring your own preferred condiments.

Q. Regarding the kitchen

A. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils.
Please feel free to bring your own preferred ingredients and seasonings to prepare meals as you wish.

Please wash all used cooking utensils and crockery yourself and return them to their original places.
We also kindly ask for your cooperation with waste separation.
For details (including waste separation methods), please refer to the information provided within the cottage.

Q. Is it possible to hire a barbecue set?

A. Rental equipment is available exclusively for cottages permitting barbecues.
The items available for hire vary depending on the villa booked; please confirm details before applying.
As quantities are limited, advance booking is essential.

Type ①: Charcoal Type
Rental Fee (per use): ¥3,000
Details: Stove, 1 box of charcoal, 1 grill rack, tongs (for food and charcoal), 1 portion of firelighter, lighter, work gloves

Type ②: Authentic BBQ Grill
Rental Fee (per use): ¥5,000
Details: Imported authentic grill, 1 box of charcoal, 1 grill rack, tongs (for food and charcoal), 1 portion of firelighter, lighter, work gloves

Type 3: Electric Type (LOGOS CHEF BBQ Electric Grill)
Rental Fee (per use): ¥5,000
Details: Electric grill, tongs (for food), work gloves

*Please note that ingredients and seasonings are not included in the rental set.
*Due to residents living nearby, BBQs are permitted until 9:00 PM only.

Q. Is Wi-Fi available?

A. Each villa has its own dedicated free Wi-Fi.
